SO! I thought this place would be a secondary spot I could come to when I’m in Floral Park. I’ll have to think about that REAL HARD. They were welcoming, didn’t have to wait for a wash at all. I wanted a wash/blow out. Normally I get rollers at my primary spot located in NJ but today I didn’t have the time. After washing my hair I sat in the chair, the lady ask me if I’m doing rollers. Mind you, I was asked before she began washing my hair. I responded no and she had the nerve to say “rollers are better and I have another lady” signaling the woman behind me. It was a complete dead stare at her from me. I was completely TURNED OFF. If you had someone before me WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SERVICE ME?????? The other woman who happens to be Indian. Them prioritizing her was a complete insult to me as a Hispanic woman. This is a Dominican Salon and I’m Colombian!. I don’t know if I’ll be coming. I felt so freaking uncomfortable. And I tipped her!
